Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(This section contains a list of five (5) to ten (10) primary responsibilities for this position that represent 80% or more of the job. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.)
Management of the scheduling program, including accurate documentation and recordkeeping for cGMP, EHSS, and FDA requirements, internal and external inspections and audits.
Coordinate and execute CMMS data entry for process manufacturing equipment.
Responsible for the accurate management of training information, such as data entry and report generation, expense reports, work orders, purchase requisitions, job description reviews, department meetings, preparation for shutdown/startup activities, etc.
Management of data for internal and external correspondence, including narrative and statistical reports, and submissions for company compliance and regulatory agencies, maintaining required logs and records for manufacturing process equipment.
Maintain updated and compliant revisions of SOPs/Manuals for all areas of responsibility.
Make minor purchases and acquisitions using the corporate purchasing card.
Generate various reports for the efficient management of Engineering department tasks (i.e., CMT, QC, Quality and/or EHSS investigations, etc.)
