What Will You Do:
Oversee the creation, coordination, review, and finalization of all Liquids Pipelines (LP) materials intended for the Executive Leadership team, CEO, Board, and external meetings.
Foster leadership and employee engagement at multiple levels by organizing strategic work sessions and leadership conferences. These events aim to facilitate collaboration, capture insights, synthesize feedback, and incorporate these elements into the long-term strategic plan.
Serve as a key subject matter expert in supporting Investor Relations by coordinating messaging for the investor day, earnings calls and ad hoc requests
Partner with teams across LP and Enbridge to craft strategies for LP’s businesses. This involves framing strategy discussions, finding opportunities, threats, and key indicators, conducting competitive and customer analyses, and assessing LP’s strengths and areas of improvement.
Who You Are:
University degree(s) in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is an asset.
7 years minimum of progressively responsible and relevant experience in the energy sector, energy consulting, finance, commercial operations, or strategic planning.
Effective interpersonal skills that include written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft a clear and compelling narrative, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.
In-depth understanding of Liquids Pipelines, Market Fundamentals, Customers/Competitors, Strategic Planning, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations.
Extensive experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis, including thorough research. Proven ability to conceptually frame issues, develop insights, and devise effective solutions.
Working Conditions:
Office based role.
Limited travel required.
