Specialist, IT Hardware Asset Management

Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do. **ABOUT THE ROLE** + Demonstrates ability to collaborate with customers (both IT and outside IT) to gather business and functional requirements, map existing processes, and assist with process re-design + Possesses strong process and policy documentation skills. + Demonstrates an understanding of the IT Asset Lifecycle. + Possesses strong experience in ITAM, Discovery, and CMDB software tools for both end user assets and data center/cloud assets + Coordinate with other areas involved with management of IT Assets including Finance, Procurement, Sourcing, Software Asset Management, and Incident/Change/Configuration Management, Inventory Management. + Responsible for our global IT asset management program leveraging our ServiceNow instance. + Work closely with the Asset Management team, suppliers, customers, and other supporting team members to enable the lifecycle management of hardware assets, including but not limited to support and maintenance contract agreements, inventory management, asset procurement, and asset disposition. **REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:** + University Degree & 5 years of experience OR Master's Degree & 3 years of experience. + Conversational English level (advanced). + Availability to commute to our offices. **BENEFITS** We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary. + Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance. + Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities. **OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU!** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
