We’re currently looking for a Specialist, Invoice to Pay (ITP) to join our team on a 2-year fixed-term contract (maternity cover). This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, international finance environment while gaining valuable experience in a global organization.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence across the full payment cycle. Working alongside a collaborative team, you’ll help drive smarter, faster finance processes through innovation and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Process and manage day-to-day ITP transactions independently and accurately
Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via tickets, chat, calls, etc.
Investigate and resolve queries from vendors, customers, and colleagues
Ensure all documentation and data in our systems are accurate and up to date
Collaborate closely with other process teams to ensure smooth financial operations
Identify and suggest improvements to streamline and enhance ITP processes
Support process and solution owners in rolling out new tools, policies, and ways of working
Assist in transition and knowledge transfer activities, including shadowing and onboarding
Support and mentor less experienced colleagues when needed
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and legal requirements
Uphold a positive brand image of Hiab through excellent service and responsiveness
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Invoice to Pay
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle both routine and complex queries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent service and support
Experience working with ERP or Cloud-based finance systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to improve how things are done
High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and accuracy
