Job Overview Lead data integrity activities relating to PeopleSoft HR and related systems. Essential Functions • Coordinate global and regional data audit processes, including identification, reporting, user communication, and remedial training. • Coordinate regulatory compliance activity, including handling payroll and other interface file reconciliations and PeopleSoft HR security access forms. • Coordinate the HR PSC mass upload processes emplying a variety of methods, table maintenance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data corrections. • Manage project activity related to significant HR PSC projects; may be project lead in some activities, as assigned by management. • Coordinate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting; provide weekly, monthly, and annual reports; make changes as needed to KPI tracking procedures. • Provide coaching and support as required to HR PSC teams.
