Specialist, HR Shared Services
Job Overview Lead data integrity activities relating to PeopleSoft HR and related systems. Essential Functions • Coordinate global and regional data audit processes, including identification, reporting, user communication, and remedial training. • Coordinate regulatory compliance activity, including handling payroll and other interface file reconciliations and PeopleSoft HR security access forms. • Coordinate the HR PSC mass upload processes emplying a variety of methods, table maintenance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data corrections. • Manage project activity related to significant HR PSC projects; may be project lead in some activities, as assigned by management. • Coordinate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting; provide weekly, monthly, and annual reports; make changes as needed to KPI tracking procedures. • Provide coaching and support as required to HR PSC teams. Qualifications • Associate's Degree Req • 4 years HRIS experience Req Or • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Effective organizational and administrative expertise • Ability to analyze data and enter data accurately and efficiently • Attention to detail • Ability to determine process improvement opportunities and support change activities • Working knowledge of Human Resources-related issues • Skill in using MicroSoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Project, Access and Visio • Ability to cope with a high workload • Ability to type a minimum of 60 words per minute • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
