Specialist, HR Business Partnering

Join our dynamic HR team as an HRBP Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in attracting and onboarding top talent, while also supporting broader HR initiatives. This fast-paced role is primarily focused on Talent Acquisition (TA), working closely with hiring managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Additionally, you will contribute to HR Operations and Learning & Development (L&D) activities, gaining exposure to diverse HR functions in a global and innovative environment.
Talent Acquisition:
Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, develop hiring plans, and define selection criteria. Source high-quality candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, VietnamWorks, and other job boards to build robust talent pipelines. Conduct phone screenings, assessments, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate fit. Collaborate on developing and refining job descriptions, interview guides, and employer branding materials. Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to enhance employer brand (occasional participation). Manage the offer process, including drafting offers, negotiating terms, and securing approvals. Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience, conducting orientation sessions and ensuring new hires complete required e-learning and Code of Conduct within set timelines. Analyze TA metrics and onboarding survey feedback to continuously optimize recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate requisition data in the HCM system and ensure bi-annual clean-up of outdated requisitions.HR Operations:
Maintain HR records in both digital and paper-based systems to ensure compliance and data integrity. Prepare HR documentation and reports to support staff events and labor law compliance audits. Support routine policy implementation and assist in addressing non-compliance issues. Monitor office administration costs and manage purchase orders in SAP to support procurement needs. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for HR-related services.Learning and Development (L&D):
Collaborate on the planning and rollout of training programs, both locally and globally. Support L&D initiatives, by coordinating training logistics and tracking course completions. Monitor performance management cycles to ensure timely execution and follow-up.Additional Responsibilities:
Support the HRBP Manager in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required.Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Operations. Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office Suite. Solid understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and HR-related regulations.Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong English fluency (both written and spoken) to support global collaboration. Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Able to work independently while thriving in collaborative and cross-functional environments. Experience in a multinational or dynamic corporate setting is a plus.
