As the Specialist Digital Marketing CX Innovation, you will play a key part as a forward-thinking member to help future-proof our digital marketing capabilities through AI-driven experimentation, insight activation, and global marketing enablement. You will work closely with global, regional and category teams to unlock the full potential of the ASICS brand and talent of the Marketing organization. This role closely collaborates with the ASICS Digital team- as the marketing enablement partner helping to shape goals-setting, exploration, content optimization, and AI marketing adoption.
Responsibilities:
Advance AI-Driven Marketing Content Optimization:
Translate AI-search trends and agent behaviors into actionable guidance for content strategy and campaign structure Conduct monthly AI visibility audits, establish benchmarks for brand presence and track performance over time Analyze shifts in AI-agent behavior, AI search summaries and automated recommendations to inform campaign planning and content structure Lead marketing experiments to improve digital consumer journeys by optimizing content sequencing, prompts and earned/owned content strategy Develop metadata, prompts and creative frameworks that align with AI-powered discovery (agent-enabled, zero-click, multimodal, voice search) Pilot marketing-owned, no-code CX content enhancements (surveys, gamification, overlays)Scale GenAI Enablement Across Marketing:
Drive marketing enablement and effective use of GenAI tools across the Global Marketing org to enhance content development, personalization and versioning Partner with creative and performance teams to embed GenAI-optimized content into cross-channel campaigns Create prompt libraries, best-practice playbooks and AI content testing frameworks tailored for key channels (email, paid, app) Track impact of GenAI content variations on engagement, conversion and loyalty KPIs-sharing insights and iterating Consistently consolidate GenAI learnings to empower Brand Communications and Membership Brand Experience to inform content guardrails and campaign applicationsTurn Behavioral Insights into Marketing Strategy:
Translate behavioral analytics, campaign engagement and VOC data into marketing actions: Improve overarching journey templates, conversion paths, content sequencing and retargeting logic Drive AI-enabled digital content planning and assessment process for top tier campaign launches, including simulating AI agent sessions using multiple platforms and providers in support of the global direction on agentic AI Drive development of dashboards and KPI frameworks that help marketers monitor performance across funnel stages and audience segments in alignment with our Digital Analytics Team, enable dashboards and KPI frameworks Identify high-performing evergreen journeys and develop scalable templates for key moments (e.g. sign-up, onboarding, reactivation) Act as a key stakeholder and provide input to our digital product department based on behavioral insights and evolving AI usage patterns to recommend refinements to email, app and site messagingChampion Marketing-Enabled CX Innovation:
Stay ahead of emerging tools and platforms marketers can directly test and action (e.g. voice-triggered flows, embedded search summaries, personalized offers) Develop POVs and test plans to adapt marketing content for future AI interfaces (e.g. multimodal inputs, voice-triggered journeys) Share monthly trend insights and competitive scans with Global Marketing to inspire testable actions Represent Marketing in global CX working groups and pilot teams to support scalable learnings with minimal dependency*Other Duties and Responsibilities as Directed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field Minimum 4-5+ years’ experience in paid advertising experience at a brand or agency (global experience preferred) Strong analytical skills, comfortable with paid advertising KPIs, analysis and reporting Strong understanding of paid advertising landscape and best practicesCompetencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, KPI’s, marketing analytics and consumer lifecycle strategy and reporting Deep curiosity and fluency in AI-related trends (search, agents, personalization, content automation) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly collaborative with the ability to synthesize insights and guide cross-functional action Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a matrixed, fast-paced environment Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders of varying seniority and marketing backgrounds
