Position Purpose:
The Driver Recruiting Marketing Specialist supports
the Digital Marketing Manager. This role drives efficient and consistent lead
generation for driver recruiting through strategically managed marketing
campaigns. By collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies,
the Specialist ensures every touchpoint—from database engagement to paid media,
website content, and drip marketing—is optimized to attract, re-engage, and
advance quality driver candidates through the recruitment funnel.
Position
Functions:
Collaborate with internal teams and external media/ad agencies to create, place, optimize, and capture performance across online and offline channels.
Identify optimizations for internal/external job board placements.
Track lead flow performance and make recommendations to enhance results.
Pull and evaluate call data for advertising channels.
Create and manage database marketing campaigns to re-engage inactive leads and advance prospects through the recruitment pipeline.
Oversee drip marketing programs across email, SMS, and AI-driven channels.
Develop Mailchimp and third-party email campaigns in collaboration with internal marketing.
Refresh messaging, creative assets, and campaign content.
Maintain and update driver-careers website content (add, edit, delete, revamp).
Provide input into content creation and calendar posting for main websites, social media, and special projects, working with graphic designers and agencies.
Create and deliver performance reports with the Digital Marketing Strategist on website analytics, lead flow, advertising, and recruiting funnels weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Monitor lead quality by ad channel, gathering recruiter feedback, and reporting findings.
Identify high-duplicate ad channels and analyze YTD lead data to highlight duplication/recycling trends.
Collaborate in-person with all levels of the organization to harness collective intelligence of the workforce.
Attend all in-person meetings and trainings on recent developments, goals, and objectives. Participate in such discussions by offering input and advice.
Regularly engage remotely and in-person with customers and potential customers to establish rapport, open communication, and expectations.
