Integrated Digital Campaign Management • Localize and deploy global content across regional digital platforms. • Plan and execute content calendars for key social channels (e.g., WeChat). • Ensure brand consistency through proactive content audits and compliance. 2. Internal Communications Leadership • Own end-to-end production of internal newsletters, including stakeholder coordination, content curation, and alignment with broader internal comms initiatives. • Establish scalable processes for recurring communications deliverables. 3. Cross-Functional Event & Partner Support • Develop digital assets and logistics frameworks for partner-facing activities. • Optimize event collateral for hybrid experiences (guest/staff guides, digital briefings). **Background & Skills** • Native Mandarin proficiency with business-fluent English (verbal/written). • Proven expertise in China’s digital landscape (WeChat, video platforms, CMS). • Advanced project orchestration skills: ability to manage concurrent campaigns (newsletters/events/content updates) within deadlines. • Technical agility in Microsoft 365 Suite; familiarity with newsletter design tools. • Brand governance acumen: meticulous attention to compliance and local adaptation.
