Specialist, CX Band K Midrand **Job Purpose** Under the supervision and support of manager and team a Specialist CX coordinates daily Operations (regular and exceptional) activities between customers and dsm-firmenich. They work to understand customers Operations model and propose continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** • Efficiently process Order-to-Cash activities and coordinate customer requirements. • Understand and input customer demand. • Solve customer Operations issues to ease deliveries requirements. • Give feedback and maintain a clear and efficient communication flow between Customers and Firmenich. • Open, follow up and close relevant customers' nonconformities • Perform monthly demand planning activities in line with information received from customers • Communicate with commercial on potential commercial issues and required actions • To coordinate daily Supply Chain (regular and exceptional) activities between customers and Firmenich • To understand customers, Supply Chain model and propose continuous improvement • Follow up and coordinate with shipping departments for all documents needed as per customer’s instructions or letter of credits. **You bring** • Post Grade 12 Qualification in relevant field • At least 5 years Customer service and/or Commercial and/or Purchasing experience • SAP required • English required • Planning and organizing experience required **We offer** • A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset; **Our Company** DSM-Firmenich is fully dedicated to inclusion because when people feel engaged and empowered, their creativity and innovation drives unprecedented progress.
