What Technical Call Center contributes to Cardinal Health
Customer Service, Technical is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through effective implementation and/or support of Cardinal Health's products and services. Technical Call Center is responsible for resolving technical problems in a call center/help desk environment for employees and customers.
What Customer Care Tier 2 contributes to OptiFreight Logistics
The Customer Care Tier 2 Team is responsible for all requests that require work beyond a first touch resolution. The types of requests received are more complex such as:
Resolving invoicing queries
Web portal issues
Recurring website log-in issues of the customers
Escalated cases or requests from territory consultants and/other teams
Job Responsibilities
Customer Care Tier 2 handles mass requests and functions as the next level of support for customers
Collaborates with Territory Consultants, EIT (Enteprise IT), other segments of OFL/CAH, or FedEx to resolve escalations
Facilitates website usage trainings for new users
Supports works/projects on process improvement within OFL.
Delivers customized support by connecting with the customer to assist with individual technical needs

Works on projects of limited scope and complexity
Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems
Works under direct supervision and receives detailed instructions
Develops competence by performing structured work assignments
