Schwab’s service team is at the heart of our firm’s commitment to helping clients own their financial futures. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls focused on educating stock plan participants and facilitating transactions for stock option awards, restricted stock units & awards, stock appreciation rights, and employee stock purchase plans (ESPP). Additionally, you’ll foster a personalized service experience by engaging with clients to understand their goals, conducting research, and tackling complex issues to offer them the best possible solutions. You’ll also take charge of your own professional journey by receiving structured training, on-the-job learning, and coaching on equity awards and plan administration. What you have

Required Qualifications

 

Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab's training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule. Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients, including Monday-Friday anytime between 7:00 am– 9:00pm ET availability.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

FINRA Series 7, 63 preferred or must be obtained as a condition of employment.Previous customer service and/or client relationship experience  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business  Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills Passion for service and developing client relationshipsCurrent knowledge or motivation to learn about equity compensationStrong organizational skills and ability to quickly navigate through resourcesAbility to strategically prioritize a variety of objectivesShown success navigating multiple computer applications 

 

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
