The Commercial Risk Division 1 is a dedicated team of risk/insurance professionals providing insurance business and related services. The Commercial Risk Division 1 Broking Team is a specialized insurance marketing team for Japanese global companies. The Broking Team supports the acquisition of sales quotations with technical knowledge. Our specialists proactively assist our sales and servicing units by providing highly qualified risk services to promote a new business or to retain/expand existing accounts to meet or exceed the company’s financial goals. Responsibilities: This position obtains the following responsibilities for Property Insurance, but not limited to; - Determine client requirements and deliver bespoke risk solution plans. - Assess the current insurance program. - Analyze loss data for the past years. - Work seamlessly with colleagues in the Aon network to deliver expert program design. - Request quotes from some insurance companies and summarize the results. - Negotiate best-in-class wording, pricing, and service on each placement for an extensive complex program. - Report to the team leader, who then reports to the head of the division of Aon Japan. - Catch up on required insurance and risk solution knowledge as needed promptly. - Manage timeline of business and individual, including personal excellence for any matter as an employee. - Meet Aon global and local compliance requirements.
