Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Operations Team in the position of Operations Coordinator.
This role is responsible for supporting all operational requirements, including managing designated projects, establishing, and reporting KPIs and driving process improvement initiatives. This role will also support and execute the tactical roadmap for assigned customers, connecting customer needs to existing capabilities, while also engaging proper SMEs to drive the development of future solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
Serving as first point of contact with assigned customers.Translating customer requirements into operational procedures, to enhance the overall customer experience.Utilizing appropriate project management methodologies to give assurance that intended outcomes are identified and achieved. Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to play your part in ensuring on time-in full delivery of shipments from origin to destination, with a keen focus on cost reduction.Providing support in preparing reports for stakeholders, customers and lead business reviews as assigned.Collaborating with internal and external partners (2PL/vendors) that are involved in the delivery of defined customer programs.Establishing clear KPIs, building dashboards and presenting performance reports on a scheduled basis. Reviewing existing operations and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas.What we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Level in Management or Logistics discipline preferable.Experience in Logistics industry in a similar capacity Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal communication Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Solid working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools Analytical skills and performance improvement methodology Customer-friendly and result-oriented person
