Job Description

Responsible for reviewing compliance to operational and contractual requirements and identifying potential risks per program.

Roles & Responsibility of RCO

- Utilize effective presentation skills including creative techniques for delivering compliance trainings and other initiatives to spread awareness

- Identify any compliance related issues

- Create risk reporting system that is consistent, clear and accurately measured

- Communicate published findings to all stakeholders

- Work in close coordination with all functional unit heads in the operations and shared services to successfully implement the quality management system of the company
