Continuous Improvement Specialist. This role is critical in driving and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives across our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, lead problem-solving efforts, and implement best practices to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.


What you will be responsible for:

Continuous Improvement InitiativesLead and facilitate continuous improvement projects.Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
-Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.Data Analysis and Reporting:
-Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
-Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality improvement efforts.
-Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for further improvements.Training and Development:
-Provide training and support for staff on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
-Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.
-Develop and deliver training materials on quality improvement methodologies.Cross-functional Collaboration:
-Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure alignment on continuous improvement initiatives.
-Participate in cross-functional teams to address challenges and improve overall product delivery.
-Other duties as assigned.

Preferred bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or continuous improvement roles.Certifications: Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)Skills:
-Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
-Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel)
-Proficiency in PowerPointAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesStrong organizational and time management skills

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $27.15 to $33.68 hourly. This range reflects the base pay for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
