The role bridges hands-on equipment and facilities management with documentation, coordination, and team collaboration. This position is required to report to the Assistant Director, IT, and/or Executive Director of Campus Operations and Government Affairs, a division under the Chief Administrative Officer. **Responsibilities** **Essential Functions** **Equipment and Facilities Management:** + Oversee the procurement, installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment and instruments of the computer laboratory, Film & Media Arts program, Communication program, and Games program + Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment repairs, maintenance, and servicing. + Monitor and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and facilitate timely repairs or replacements as necessary. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab and ensure proper waste disposal procedures. **Laboratory Operations Management:** + Coordinate and prioritize daily activities in the lab, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines. + Manage and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies, reagents, and equipment. + Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for lab processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and safety. + Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines, health and safety protocols, and quality standards. **Common Tasks & Documentation:** + Developing and documenting policies and guidelines for each area. + Hiring, training, and supervising student interns. **Team Cooperation:** + Cooperate on common work for the operation team + Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of campus operations and the Assistant Director of IT regarding the operation team’s duties **Minimum Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, and/or Film & Media Studies. Language proficiency: English and Korean – Written/Spoken **Preferences** 1. 1–3 years of experience in a relevant setting, such as: + University A/V or media lab + Film production or broadcast studio + Technical support or lab management roles 2. Expertise in managing MacOS-based workstations and Apple devices in educational or media environments. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with students, faculty, staff. 4.
