Position Responsibilities:
Providing operational support in the areas of Compensation
Premium discount arrangement and billing process
Execute Bancassurance compensation monthly accrual
Execute monthly commission reconciliation
Provide Distribute tracking and monthly reports to bank partners
Document and maintain SOP for Bancassurance Department
Execute month-end closing process
Support and reply to daily email inquiry from Internal stakeholders & multi distribution channels
Support system enhancements User Acceptance Testing. This will include defining the scope of system enhancement, preparing user requirements and test plans.
Any other ad hoc compensation assignments/projects and job scopes relocation if required
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Degree from any recognized University.
Minimum 2- 5 years' experience in life insurance industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Proactive, meticulous and good communication skills
Strong sense of customer centricity
Positive attitude and attention to details
Good organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
