Regional Contracting, Rebates & Pricing specialists work as part of a global team to enable efficient support of our sales process. The Specialists focus on commercial contract execution including tracking agreements, supporting approvals, performing contract reviews, and proactively supporting renewals/expirations/review activities. For rebates, the Specialists manage commission and rebate agreements and setups, rebate accruals, validations, SOX reporting, and rebate settlements. Specialists also support commercial pricing activities, surcharge management, distribution pricing support, and ensure compliant TPI and title transfer rule management.
Responsibilities:Contract Management
Reviews agreements, enters in Ariba, pro-actively follows up on approvals/signature/characteristics/ reporting processes and provides routine status updates to commercialCoordinates contractual term characteristic implementations cross-functionallyRebates & CommissionReviews rebate commercial agreements, executes set up, validation and monitoring of accruals incl. monthly/quarterly SOX controls, performs settlement activities in alignment with commercial processes.Sets-up and maintains commission incl. quarterly reports (agents),Supports audit inquiries and data validation in collaboration with Finance & Commercial teamsTPI ManagementManages TPI onboarding, due diligence, annual certification and 3 year refresherTTR ManagementWork with CSR and Master Data teams to review, update and monitor changes to TTR settings. PricingCoordinates Surcharge maintenanceSupports commercial pricing with Q2P issues, assists with escalation of issues to IT team.Performs SOX Controls (Quarterly) & Idoc validation (weekly, monthly, quarterly)Conducts Q2P Commercial Team training & supports SFDC update or migration testingSupports mass price change uploadsCoordinates Formula Pricing updates involving calculations based on index reports Qualifications: College/university degree.Fluent English.SAP knowledge.Excel knowledge.Troubleshooting/problem solving skills.Ability to build relationships.Customer Service experience.Good communication skills.Precise, detail-focused.Accountability and ownership.Follows the rules, but also thinks out of the box and is open for other solutions.Celanese is a global leader in chemistry, producing specialty material solutions used across most major industries and consumer applications.
