What Account Management contributes to Cardinal Health What Customer Engagement (Account Management) contributes to Cardinal HealthCustomer Engagement is responsible for cultivating and maintaining on-going customer relationships with an assigned set of customers and is responsible for providing proactive solutions, inquiry research/resolution, and root cause analysis. Acting as liaisons for both internal and external customers, Customer Engagement enhances the customer experience by leveraging inbound and outbound channels.Accountabilities:Resolve open order issues by reviewing open order and exception reports, analyzing trends, and partnering with customer to take alternative actions as needed.Advocate for customer and partner across Cardinal Health servicing teams to bring rapid and effective resolution to customer’s issues, requests, and initiativesTrack, measure, and report key performance indicators monthly Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with customer to support retention and growth of the account.Internal QualificationsOpen to GBS Medical and AHS B3 levelBachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferredAt least one year in current role with CHIPNot under a prescriptive period for any disciplinary action stipulated in the Employee Handbook (no PIPs/DAs)Received a rating of 3 and above on your most recent performance reviewStrong communication skillsPrior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required.What is expected of you and others at this levelTakes the lead in effectively applying and teaching new processes and skills to accomplish a wide variety of assignmentsComprehensive knowledge in technical or specialty areaAbility to apply knowledge beyond own areas of expertisePerforms the most complex and technically challenging work within area of specializationPreempts potential problems and provides effective solutions for teamWorks independently to interpret and apply company procedures to complete workProvides guidance to less experienced team membersMay have team leader responsibilities but does not formally supervise
