Scioto Services is currently looking for a highly motivated individual who thinks outside of the box and has the ability to lead a small team of technicians on jobsites throughout Cincinnati and Dayton.  

Job Skills/Requirements

Our Special Services team completes a variety of duties which include but are not limited to:
Preventative Maintenance
Floor Care-including Carpet Cleaning
High Dusting
Emergency Response Services
Painting
Construction Clean Up
Pressure Washing
Dry Ice Blasting
Out of the Box Cleaning
Industrial Cleaning

Special Service team members will be trained to work on MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform), work in confined spaces, receive respirator certification, and other relatable certifications.  

The team lead will be responsible for a team of 3-4 technicians on a jobsite and must be able to meet and communicate effectively with our customer.  The team lead must be detail oriented and have great time management skills.  

Shift: Typical shift is 7am-4pm but could vary depending on planned work and include nights and weekends with minimal overnight travel.

Requirements:
You must be 18 years old.
For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift, push, and/or carry up to 75 lbs.
