**The Opportunity:**
CACI is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the mission objectives and needs of our C3I Division Small Sensor Solutions Program. The work location will be Chantilly, VA and Fairfax, VA, as applicable.
The Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of Special Projects within the C3I Spectrum Integration Division. This role requires a results-driven leader with expertise in project management, engineering management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a strong background in managing complex projects, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with DoD policies.
**Responsibilities:**
+ The Project Manager’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
+ Provide project execution and performance management by overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of contract deliverables; establish performance metrics, track key milestones, and manage risks to ensure project objectives are met
+ Coordinate with Government Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives (COTR) and Government Program Managers
+ Provide regular briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership on project status and challenges
+ Identify opportunities for innovation, and process optimization within project operations
+ Ensure program activities adhere to DoD regulations, cybersecurity policies, and contractual obligations
+ Mitigate risks by implementing governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, and risk management strategies.
+ Manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and schedules to meet organizational goals.
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ Must be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
+ BS in an engineering discipline and a minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience. Experience in lieu of education may be acceptable.
+ Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
+ Experience managing technical solutions projects, preferably involving SIGINT sensor systems
_Desired:_
+ Active TS/SCI clearance
+ Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, and ERP tools (Costpoint, Infor, etc.)
+ Familiarity with technical development and production programs
+ Familiarity with DoD SIGINT systems and missions for aircraft, vehicles, and/or ships
+ Familiarity with DoD policies, acquisition processes, and contract types
+ Expertise in developing strategies, driving business growth, and delivering formal proposals
+ Proven skills in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations
+ Ability to attract, train, develop, manage, and retain high performing staff
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400
