This is a REMOTE position with up to 85% travel required. Ideal candidates should be based near a major metropolitan area or airport for easy access to travel. A valid driver’s license and passport are required for international travel to Canada. The Special Operations Supervisor is part of a travel team that provides operational support to warehouses across the United States including implementing new IT systems in conjunction with project management and information technology partners. **KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Support the implementation of WMS systems in partnership with the Information Technology team. + Ensure site inventory meets Lineage operating standards. + Train, monitor and provide direct support to front line leaders and hourly team members. + Drive site and company-wide metrics including safety standards. + Stabilize the operation pre/post WMS conversions or system upgrades. + Provide subject matter expertise to unstable facilities. **ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)** + Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years warehouse experience + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. + Ability to effectively present information and train in both one on one and small group settings + Capable of becoming certified to operate all the equipment used in the warehouse. + Exposure to WMS systems or demonstrated aptitude with technology. + Demonstrated ability to drive new initiatives pertaining to operations and personnel. + Highly proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite + Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed. + Ability to travel up to 85% Why Lineage?
