THE JOB:
As a Guest Services Representative, you set the stage for the guest experience by providing exceptional service that go beyond their expectations that will create WOW memories that last beyond their visit with us.
THE DAY TO DAY:
Identify, resolve, and report any safety concerns that could contribute to guest and/or staff experienceProvide general information and directions about the arena, hotels, and local metropolitan areaResolve guest complaints within the scope of authorityCollaborate seamlessly with department associated with the event
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Minimum (1) one year of customer services experienceThrives in a fast paced, high-volume setting while providing exceptional guest experienceDescribes themselves as a positive team player with critical thinking capability
THE DETAILS:
This is an on-call opportunity – hours vary upon event frequency, including weekends & holidaysThe starting pay for this opportunity is $13.75 hourly
