Position Details: + Location: Appleton, WI + Grade Levels: K–12 (Cross-Categorical) + Pay Rate: $55/hour + Benefits: Full benefits package included + Employment Type: Full-Time + Start Date: Immediate openings available ?? Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with families and staff + Provide specialized instruction and support for students with a range of learning, emotional, and physical disabilities + Coordinate IEP implementation with general education staff + Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed + Support students in academic, behavioral, and life skills development + Maintain accurate records and documentation + Mentor and collaborate with teaching assistants + Participate in school-wide initiatives and grade transitions ? Minimum Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred) + Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license (required) + Experience teaching special education (required) + Certifications preferred: + Standard Elementary, Secondary, or Special Teaching + Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) + CPR certification, TB screening, and health certificate (as applicable) + Must pass background check and drug screening + Completion of required training programs + Strong communication skills and understanding of confidentiality/HIPAA standards + Must be at least 18 years of age ??
