At Cross Country Education, we offer Special Education Aides both long-term and day-to-day placements in schools across Los Angeles, allowing you to choose assignments that fit your availability and goals. Whether you're looking for consistent work or more variety in your schedule, all roles follow the regular school-day hours and allow you to enjoy summers and school breaks off.
What You’ll Do: Assist teachers with lesson instruction and classroom activities Support students in individual or group settings based on their IEP goals Help implement curriculum and classroom routines Provide academic and behavioral support throughout the school day Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Perform related duties as needed Why Join Us: $23.50 – $24.75/hr with weekly direct deposit Choose from long term or day by day assignments, all following a school-day schedule Gain experience in a variety of school settings Live Scan and TB costs covered Accrued sick leave Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and wellness programs (based on role and hours) 401(k) with employer match after 1 year Paid staff trainings and dedicated coaching support What We’re Looking For: 48 Units of College Credit Minimum requirement of 3 months experience working with K-12 students with IEPs (Individual Educational Plans) Apply now and help make a real impact in schools near you.
