**Job Summary**
Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment by staying updated with all the policies changes
**Responsibilities**
Effective dissemination of policy changes and updates in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure process is followed in accordance to required standards. Act as mentor if situation demands. Work as an active team member Drive refresher and policy updates plan based on production needs knowledge of Excel basics Ok to work in 24by7 work environment preferable in night shift. Flexible to extend the shift hours during Peak and NonPeak seasons At least 2 years of prior experience in full-time PE and SPE DATA ROLE. Exceptional English communication written and verbal skills and in foreign language. Ability to multi-task and work autonomously within team environment Quick learning and understanding of Policies Connect & provide highest level of satisfaction to the customer
