Interact with business / IT to document, follow and implement functional enhancements  Coordinate with the PDO / Codification / IT teams to pull new definitions into application Support on testing functional enhancements in EDU and QA environment to avoid issues post implementation. Bring issues which require escalation/help to the leadership team for support.
