**About this role:**
Support Sales and Service initiatives across digital sales and service by leading PI planning activities, backlog grooming, technical roadmap definition, partner with design authority on architecture definition, deployment and release planning with BU Digital and BU teams, support test automation and innovation focus initiatives for DSS pods. Role will have multi level leadership exposure with support on key Go-To Market strategies to drive business growth and meet performance targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage large-scale digital transformation projects ensuring seamless integration and optimization of our core tech stack (Salesforce, ServiceMax, Adobe, Shopify, Zuora)
+ Manage multiple delivery PODs across the globe while leveraging Scrum and SAFe best practices.
+ Analyze data from multiple sources to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer engagement.
+ Work closely with the Digital leadership team to align eCommerce, MarTech, and SaaS selling strategies with _Carrier_ ’s global revenue and customer acquisition goals.
+ Supporting with developed business cases that articulate the strategy, total cost of ownership (TCO) and return-on-investment, to acquire and incorporate cross-functional feedback and ultimately achieve executive approval.
+ Work with _Carrier_ leadership teams to create a compelling vision across people, process, and technology to drive departmental success with quarterly roadmaps / critical milestones to lead transformation through continuous improvement, and implementation of scalable process & technology.
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform _Carrier_ ’s global marketing and commerce strategies.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Currently enrolled in one of Carrier’s Leadership Programs (LPs) with successful completion of the program in June 2025
+ 1+ years work experience in one of Carrier’s Early Careers Leadership Programs (LPs)
+ Applicant must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 1+ years of experience in B2B software and IT services, including product management, customer success, and Cloud/SaaS business models.
+ 1+ of experience in business process design for complex selling motions for core offerings such as equipment, parts, service, and SaaS.
+ 1+ years of experience in building solutions at scale for midsize and/or enterprise companies using enterprise tools such as Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify, ServiceMax, or Zuora.
+ Experience supporting software business model transformation from perpetual licenses to recurring revenue and SaaS.
+ The ability to simplify the complex, quickly define core problem and frame the solution approach
+ Success collaborating across teams and regions to achieve standardization and drive enablement acro the enterprise (pull vs. push strategies to help reps more effectively sell).

+ Experience in industrial/manufacturing software segments
