Description:Initiates requirements for Spare Parts, Repair of Parts, Service Bulletins, Time Change Tech Orders (TCTO) and emergency/MICAP requirements from the customer. Establishes delivery schedules for start and completion of orders. Performs functions to Expedite delivery of spares and repairs to support customer requirements. Investigates customer complaints regarding shipments, invoicing, and order modifications.
Investigates, determines, and applies the appropriate packing methods to ship, preserve, and store materials including hazardous items. Performs analysis of applicable preservation standards for packaging and transportation to provide protection of assets against corrosion, physical damage and other forms of deterioration during handling, shipment and storage in compliance with safety and company/ government standards.
Must possess and maintain certifications required by the Company or governmental agencies. Repetitive tasks will be performed. Able to use computer keyboard, mouse and monitor for extended periods of time.
Vision/Hearing: High level Hand/Eye coordination required. Corrective lenses may be used. Eye protection required in many instances. Color differentiation may be required. Must be able to hear at level required for positions.
Environmental: Able to work around noise, chemicals, fumes and dust. Capable of using respirators and other personal protective equipment including hearing protection if required. Able to work outside if needed.
Physical: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Attendance: Regular attendance required based on set work schedule.
Ability to work in an Union environment.
Able to work any shift.
Basic Qualifications:
Microsoft Office products including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
General warehouse experience such as packing, receiving, inventory or material handling.
Basic record keeping/management.
Desired Skills:
Experience with inventory management systems such as SAP, ALMSS, or equivalent.
Simple to intermediate Computer skills.
Basic math.
Excellent communication skills a MUST.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
The base range for this position in California is $25.81 - $40.77.
