We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Spare Parts Support (INTERN), who will be responsible for maintaining the parts inventory and all pertinent records in the country.

In this role, you will coordinate the delivery of spare parts, define consignment stock for Service Centers and Technicians, and keep warehouse stock aligned with the country’s needs.

This internship will last for a period of 6 months and includes a monthly pocket money allowance. Based on your performance, there is a high possibility of being offered a permanent position with us. 


Office Location - Technogym Spare Parts Warehouse , Al Quoz Industrial area 3  , Dubai.

Working Hours  - Monday  to Friday

Working Days - 9 am to  6 pm

Your Impact Ensure adequate availability of spare parts in country (PIC - Parts in Country) and on site (Service Kits, Service Van stock) as a key driver for field performance  Size and optimize local spare parts stock using available tools and systems (Stock Rotation Index, Stock Value, No Moving Value, Part Return, Part Scrapping) Oversee and act as a key user of the demand planning tools used for Spare Parts stock replenishment  Ensure solid governance of Parts Order management, maximizing adherence to company processes and procedures  Contribute to Spare Parts freight and warehousing cost management, implementing actions to drive efficiency  Contribute to a high level of Inventory Record Accuracy, overseeing periodic stock counts  Contribute to analyzing stock discrepancies, identifying root causes and defining action plans  Manage the return of Spare Parts to HQ according to Company processes and procedures  Support field engineers, the Service Desk and Planning department in back-office activities related to spare part management  Contribute to the continuous improvement of the supply chain, liaising with the After Sales and Logistic teams at HQ to promptly report feedback and issues  About You

accountability and strive for excellence.

What you should bring:

• 1- 6 months of  experience in a similar role
• Spare parts stock management skill 
• Knowledge of transportation fees is a plus
• Knowledge of warehousing techniques is a plus
• Knowledge of planning systems is a plus 
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems. SAP/Salesforce/ServiceMax would be a plus
• Sense of initiative and energy/proactivity
• Excellent execution and ability to make things happen
