Spanish speaking Second Line Analyst

Your future tasks will be…

Resolve complex problems and assignments Perform a complex range of technical work activities remotely Provide technical assistance to First Line Analysts Collaborate with resolver teams and participate on client meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with both the customer and internal business partners through the provision of timely, accurate and high-quality service. Highlight process gaps and inefficiencies; proactively seek solutions to increase productivity and / or level of service provided. Update and create technical knowledge base documents and identify knowledge gaps. Conduct technical team meetings effectively Support operational and project success by handling incoming customer contacts if required Proactively collaborate and work together with Senior Team members managing additional projects Contribute to the development of technical procedures and standards Acts as a role model for colleagues providing guidance around technical and behavioural competencies Identify own development needs in line with business objectives.

 

You are ideal candidate if:

 

You have advanced knowledge of Spanish and English language You have 1-3 years of experience in relevant IT Service Desk environment You have thorough understanding of MS Office, Windows, G-suit, active directory and VPN You gained solid knowledge of ticketing tool – Service Now Your communication skills are excellent & as an advantage you might have good presentation skills already You have analytical and systematic approach And you are a great team player.
