What You'll Do

Will provide support to the Staffing Manager with the day-to-day staffing process. The goal of staffing is to match the needs of our clients and our business, with the availability of our employees and their development needs and preferences.  

 

Work closely with Staffing Manager to: 

Help manage day-to-day staffing process for the Consulting Team  Balance the preferences of the Consulting staff (industry, case topic, location, etc) with the Clients' needs and the Partners preferences (responsible for selling the work)Ensure staffing assignments are aligned with Career Development needs for each individual, within business constraints Ensure that the process is aligned with BCG's values of openness, transparency and balance, by maintaining an environment of open communication relative to case opportunities Work closely with Staffers from other geographies Attend International calls in order to share resources between offices/systems Act as a backup to the staffing Manager during periods of overload and other gaps Please, upload your Vida Laboral to be considered for this position:https://portal.seg-social.gob.es/wps/portal/importass/importass/Categorias/Vida+laboral+e+informes/Informes+sobre+tu+situacion+laboral/Informe+de+tu+vida+laboral

What You'll Bring

Education and experience: 

Spanish University degree (completed) or FP Grado Superior Master in Human Resources very valuable Administrative equivalent work experience in an HR environment very valuable 

Skills and attributes: 

Proficient reading/writing/speaking English and Spanish Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: emphasis on Excel and Tableu Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Clarity, tact, professionalism and consensus building skills Strong organizational skills, strong rigor and strong attention to detail Comfortable in resolving conflict and dealing tactfully with a range of people related issues Team oriented, collaborative approach Maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality Fast learner and team player Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities constantly change; flexible and energetic; stress management capacityHighly organized and attention to detail

Spanish University degree (completed)/FP Grado Superior. Must hold university degree, vocational training certificate, or equivalent, and provide a photocopy Master in Human Resources very valuable Administrative equivalent work experience in an HR environment very valuable No more than 3 years since obtaining the degree (5 years for candidates with disabilities). For foreign degrees, the period starts from the date of recognition in Spain. Cannot have worked under a training contract (convenio) in the company for more than 3 months, except for required curricular internships Must not have worked under an internship contract for over 1 year at any company (work history required). Must hold a valid work permit for the entire internship period.
