In the role of **Space Lab Team Lead** working in **Milwaukee, WI** you will be part of the America’s Commercial Accelerator. You will oversee a dedicated team of Space Analysts and Space Field Specialists, guiding them through schematic project initiatives that support both national and regional teams. At the same time, you'll foster a high-performing work culture that nurtures talent, surpasses retailer expectations, and delivers exceptional space and assortment solutions.
This role reports directly to the Director of Space Lab and partners extensively across cross-functional teams—including Category Management, Sales and other America’s Commercial Accelerator—as well as internal and external stakeholders. The position plays a key role in shaping and executing the retailer’s space and assortment strategy to unlock category growth and drive business performance for MCBC.
**What You’ll Be Brewing:**
+ Above all, you will lead a team of 10 talented professionals—fostering their growth through regular one-on-one conversations, meaningful career development discussions, and by cultivating a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
+ Gain deep understanding of space management planning tools and actively coach your team on their use—driving effective execution to achieve sales and distribution targets with chain customers.
+ Oversee approximately 30 space projects, delivering best-in-class solutions on time and with exceptional quality. Ensure cross-functional alignment by clearly communicating expectations, tracking progress, and proactively addressing gaps to keep initiatives on course.
+ Proactively collaborate across the Space Lab and stakeholders to deliver capability improvements that unlock scale, efficiency & effectiveness and the potential of our brands.

+ You have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (6+ years) in the field of Space and/or Category management.
+ You understand the retailer environment and space strategies &/or have a base understanding of Blue Yonder’s space planning software.

**Pay and Benefits:**
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
**Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings** : **$109,700.00** **-** **$144,000.00** (posting salary range) + **15** **%** target short term incentive + **$23,000** on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
