Job DescriptionProvide exceptional customer service, including warm greetings and creating positive first impressions for guests.Perform high-quality spa services according to company standards and ensure all equipment is in good working order.Demonstrate thorough knowledge of spa treatments, their benefits, and effectively communicate this information to guests.Participate in ongoing training and maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge in spa therapies.Assist with demonstrations and events as required by the Spa Manager or Senior Spa Therapist.Maintain accurate records, including updating the therapist log book.Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety.
QualificationsInternational Certificate in Massage and SkincareAt least 02 years previous 5* resort spa experience as a TherapistCPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous.Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and different massage techniques.Effective communication skills.Exceptional customer service skill. Preference will be given to therapists trained in authentic Thai and Indonesian spa practicesMust currently hold the role applying for.Should have qualifications matching to position applying for.A positive and energetic attitude.Be able to work under pressure & flexible to work within a dynamic team environment.Excellent team player.Trackable references to support the role applied for.Additional Information
