The SPA Therapist position performs body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.

【Product Functions|製品・サービスに関する職務】

ログブックおよび「Book 4 Time」を活用する。常に作業エリアを整頓・清潔・静かに保つ。各施術ルームを活用し、スパおよびホテルが提供するサービスについてゲストに案内する。リテール製品を安全かつ正確に使用する。スパメニューにある全てのトリートメントをプロフェッショナルに提供する。スパトリートメントに含まれるアメニティを活用し、スパ体験をカスタマイズ・パーソナライズする。ホテル内で緊急事態や安全上の問題が発生した場合は、適切に対応する。常にゲストの期待を超える、フレンドリーかつプロフェッショナルなサービスを提供する。ホテルの規則、特に火災・衛生・健康・安全に関する方針と手順を確実に実行する。柔軟な姿勢で、業務範囲内であれば他の職務や責任を遂行する。また、ビジネスの需要やゲストサービスのニーズに応じて、他部署・他エリアへの異動も行う。必要に応じて、トレーニングやミーティングに出席する。フロントデスクマネージャーが割り当てるその他の業務を遂行する。

リテール製品を用いて、ゲストにアフターケアのアドバイスを提供する。ゲストの次回予約をサポートする。必要に応じて、会員プログラムを案内・促進する。

Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments.

Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. 

Assist in other areas of the department as needed.

To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments through working by The Golden Rule.

【Product Functions 】

Utilize the logbook and Book 4 time.

Keep your work area neat, clean and quiet at all times. 

Utilize each of the rooms and provide information to guests about the services offered in the Spa as well as the Hotel. 

Utilize each of the retail products safety and accurately. 

Provide professional treatment on spa menu for any client. 

Provide amenities involved in the Spa treatment in order to customize and personalize the Spa journey. 

Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation. 

To provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds guest’s expectations. 

To ensure the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety are executed. 

To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs. 

To attend training and meetings as and when required.

Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Spa.

【Profit Functions 】

Provide after care advise to guests by using retail products. 

Assist next booking of guests. 

Promote membership program when it is required.

Ability to operate fax, scanner, copier, telephone, adding machine, calculator.

Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software.

Ability to read, write and speak English.
