We have accommodation options available and can also accommodate couples or small groups if everyone has hospitality experience. Our seasonal teams are fun and made up of a diverse mix of people of all ages and nationalities.
This position will start in September/October 2025 and continue through the summer season until April 2026.
About the role: Provide professional and 5 star quality guest serviceCarry out all spa treatments in line with our high standards Maintain a proficient knowledge of spa services and products, understanding all applications and benefits Booking appointments, assisting with inquiries and answering phone calls Keeping our luxurious Spa looking beautiful
What you will bring: Ideally a diploma level qualification in beauty and / or massage therapy Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hotel environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Immaculate presentation and grooming
What we offer: We offer competitive wages, delicious associate lunches and access to our Associate Perks Programme with a wide range of discounts and deals with our suppliers and partners. In addition, we endeavour whenever possible to provide you with 2 days in a row off each week.
Due our private and remote location, you will need to have your own reliable transport. You will also need a valid working holiday visa or New Zealand work rights to apply.
