What will I be doing?
\nReporting to the Spa Manager, in your new role as Spa Supervisor you will lead the reception and retail operation of the eforea Spa and will be required to achieve sales targets and manage customer feedback. In addition, you will support the Spa Manager by working to a high standard ensuring the day-to-day performance, development and profitability of the eforea: spa operation is achieved. More specifically you will:
\n\nEnsure exceptional guest experience from arrival to check out, bookings, payments, consultations cards and upselling retail products\nDrive retail sales, ensure all team members maintain an up to date product knowledge and sales are recorded accurately\nManage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services\nAssist the Spa Manager with administration and office co-ordination as required\nScheduling, inputting data, brainstorming sales ideas and organising staff functions\nHave and maintain a high level of initiative and ability to work independently\nEnsure high standards of cleanliness within all areas of the spa operation\nEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations\nAssist Spa Manager in achieving training objectives and review on a monthly basis\nWhat are we looking for?
\nThe ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering customised spa experiences that bring balance and wellness to the body. To be successful in your application, you must hold the following skills, experience and behaviours:
\n· Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Spa & Wellbeing industry
\n· Previous experience with rostering and payroll is required
\n· Availability to work weekends and evenings and flexibility is required
\n· Excellent customer service experience
\n· Proficient in Microsoft office, specifically Microsoft excel data entry and analysis
\n· Positive attitude
\n· Good communication skills
\n· SOP development experiences
\n· Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations in fast past environment and proactive action
\n· Ability to to work autonomously and in a team
\n· Team organisation experience leading a diverse team
\n· Financial and budget report experience required
\n· Excellent grooming and presentation
