About Coeur d'Alene Resort Spa:
Our spa offers luxurious treatments and a tranquil environment designed to rejuvenate guests. We are looking for a friendly and organized Spa Front Desk Agent to manage appointments, greet guests, and ensure a smooth and relaxing spa visit.
The Role:
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the spa, handling reservations, checking guests in and out, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Greet guests warmly and manage appointment scheduling
+ Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally
+ Process payments and maintain accurate records
+ Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure smooth operations
+ Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
+ Assist guests with product information and retail purchases
+ Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously

+ Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
+ Professional appearance and positive attitude
