Spa Receptionist

**Description:**
+ Carry out reception and administration duties as required.
+ Greet all guests in a welcoming and helpful manner.
+ Liaise with all other practitioners, therapists, staff departments to ensure a harmonious and peaceful environment.
+ Be familiar with the operation of cash register balancing, closing procedures and ordering of stock.
+ Oversee retail sales as required.
+ Make appointments for services and programs as required and ensure that the guest is directed to the correct area for their appointment.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa receptionist or guest services role within a luxury wellness resort or hospitality setting.· Knowledge of retail products, including skincare and wellness products, with the ability to explain their benefits and incorporate them into spa treatments and guest recommendations.· Experience in booking systems and managing appointments efficiently.· Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).· Strong customer service and communication skills, with a passion for wellness and mindfulness.· Experience with upselling and cross-selling services and retail products in a luxury setting.Skills & Abilities:· Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and provide clear recommendations for treatments and retail products.· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and guest needs efficiently.· Ability to adapt to operational needs, providing support in different wellness centers as required.· Empathetic and responsive to guest needs, offering a mindful and supportive environment.· Ability to work collaboratively with the spa team, fitness instructors, and wellness professionals.· Proficiency with digital tools for scheduling, guest management, and communication.· Ability to model mindfulness and integrate it into daily interactions with guests and staff.
