THE JOB:
As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Spa, Fitness Centers, and Retail Sales, ensuring high levels of guest service and satisfaction. This role includes managing staff, scheduling, and inventory control, while ensuring adherence to company policies and guest service standards. Also, you will handle accounting and payroll processes, maintain communication with the director, and respond to any service interactions or emergencies.
 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Lead with Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch service while optimizing costs and efficiency.Empower Your Team: Manage, train, and inspire Spa, Fitness, and Retail staff to exceed our guests’ expectations and adhere to company standards.Enhance Guest Experience: Personally engage with guests and respond to their needs, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.Drive Success: Handle scheduling, inventory management, and financial tasks while promoting a harmonious working environment.Innovate and Adapt: Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices for spa treatments and retail offerings.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.At least 2 years of prior relevant experience in Supervisory/Management.3+ Years of prior relevant experience in spa/salon operations.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$59,900.00 - $79,900.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
