The Spa Concierge is responsible for handling guest requests in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner at all times, ensuring an exceptional reservation and guest experience. This role plays a key part in promoting Asaya memberships and services to drive sales and foster repeat business.Manage the guest reservation process with efficiency and accuracy, supporting the seamless daily operations of the spa.Deliver the highest standards of service, proactively enhancing guest satisfaction and profitability.Open and close the spa daily in accordance with departmental SOPs, financial procedures, and brand standards.

Maintain a pristine and orderly spa environment, taking pride in upholding cleanliness and presentation.

Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests with professionalism, regardless of demand or time of day.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve spa reception procedures and guest interactions.Foster a positive, cooperative attitude when engaging with guests, colleagues, subordinates, and the leadership team. Oversee daily spa billing, gratuities, and financial reporting with precision.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong knowledge of the wellness, spa, and fitness industry.Excellent command of both German and English (written and spoken).Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, service-oriented approach.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
