About the location:

KEY FUNCTIONS
1.    Provides information and assistance to the hotel guests as requested, give them an orientation, have them register and is familiar with all hotel services and hours of operation.
2.    Keeps all the work area, pool and treatment rooms neat, clean, ready to service and quiet at all times
3.    Neatly wears prescribed uniform; demonstrates proper personal hygiene and grooming
4.    Follows proper payroll procedures and adheres to SOPs and Attendance policies
5.    Is adaptable with his/her schedule to accommodate changing business demands and is willing to perform any additional duties as assigned by upper management, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required.
6.    Modifies behavior when performance feedback is provided
7.    Communicates in a clear manner; is easily understood; listens attentively; does not interrupt others 
8.    Responds properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
9.    Utilizes logbook, spa software and any scheduling chart and co-ordinates duties between spa attendant shifts so that Spa always looks immaculate. 
10.    Actively works with peers, subordinates, and supervisor to build relationships based on trust and acceptance 
11.    Knowledgeable about amenities, equipment, products, treatments, packages, membership benefits, special current promotions of spa and Fitness Center.
12.    Provides the proper and safe operation and knows usage procedures and care of all Fitness Center equipment including gym equipment, free weights, bicycles, sauna, pool and steam room.  
13.    Ensures hydrotherapy areas meet requirements, monitors water quality and heat condition and reports unacceptable results to assistant spa manager.
14.    Handles lost and found items and removes them to the Security as soon as possible.
15.    Issues, stocks, orders and prepare towels, robes, shampoos, conditioner, shower gel, soaps, toiletries, juices, fruits and other items or amenities needed in the areas and treatment rooms to provide guests with level of service in keeping with a Four Seasons, plans ahead to ensure delivery of supplies when needed.
16.    Works closely with Housekeeping to keep the area meticulously clean, tidy and fresh. Supplements heavy cleaning performed by Housekeeping by touching up sinks, counters, floors and other area as necessary. Sends the dirty towels to Laundry department.
17.    Works closely with the Engineering department to administer preventive maintenance procedures and to limit equipment down time by ensuring proper use and care. Reports equipment malfunctions promptly and accurately.  
18.    Works closely with the florist to refresh the flowers. Ensures that the ambiance of the Spa and Fitness Center is maintained according to standards and that all decorations always look and smell fresh and clean.
19.    Monitors and maintains linen par stocks at every spa linen station
20.    Identifies and reports hazards.
21.    Ensures the Spa and Fitness Center is closed down and all procedures followed at the end of the day.
