About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.About the role
The Spa Assistant Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, smooth team coordination, and adherence to service standards. This role assists the Spa Manager in supervising staff, managing schedules, maintaining operational excellence, and driving revenue through outstanding service and team performance.
What you will do
Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations and ensuring high-quality guest services.
Supervise spa staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance and service standards.
Monitor inventory levels of spa products and equipment, assisting with ordering as needed.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement spa promotions and programs.
What you bring
Leadership skills: Ability to assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing a team of therapists and spa staff.
Strong customer service focus: Commitment to ensuring a high-quality guest experience, addressing concerns, and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Strong communication skills: Capable of liaising with both the spa team and guests to ensure effective service delivery.
Budget and revenue awareness: Ability to assist in managing spa revenue targets, costs, and ensuring profitability.
