Key expected achievements:

Managing personnel files and ensuring correct and timely processing of data.Supporting the recruitment and selection of new employees, including drafting contracts and creating personnel files.Processing changes in personnel data, such as address changes, job changes, and salary adjustments.Preparing reports and overviews for the HR manager and other departments.Answering employee questions regarding personnel matters, such as leave requests, absenteeism, and employment conditions.Processing department invoices in Tradeshift.Ensuring correct archiving of documents and maintaining the personnel archive.

Qualifications  :

At least an MBO diploma in a relevant field, such as administrative assistant or HRM.Experience in a similar position is a plus.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to work accurately and structured.Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
