**Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées**
+ Travailler avec une équipe plurifonctionnelle pour élaborer, mettre en œuvre et réviser diverses méthodes et procédures de collecte de données et de rapports sur les commentaires des clients.
+ Assurer la planification de projet, la budgétisation et la gestion des ressources pour l'initiative d’amélioration de la qualité axée sur le client.
+ En outre, il s'agit d’être l'interface principale pour les différents fournisseurs et consultants utilisés dans les processus de collecte de données et de reporting.
+ Développer et entretenir des relations avec les clients internes et externes tout en promouvant une culture de qualité axée sur le client.
+ Travailler également avec les équipes CFQ pour s'assurer qu'elles ont des plans de projet appropriés en place pour atteindre tous les objectifs et pour les aider à gérer leurs besoins en ressources et leurs activités afin de respecter le plan.
+ Travailler avec ces équipes pour suivre et rendre compte des progrès par rapport aux objectifs.
**Connaissances et expériences requises**
+ Bac+2/3 dans un domaine similaire
+ Expérience dans le domaine du service client ou de la relation client
+ Bonnes capacités de communication et de relationnel
