L'Ingénieur Réseau – Optimisation est responsable de garantir la performance optimale et la qualité du réseau radio conformément aux exigences de prestation des services gérés d'Ericsson et au contrat client. Ce rôle implique une analyse approfondie des problèmes de performance du réseau, l’étude des nouvelles fonctionnalités LTE/NR pour NSA & SA, et une collaboration avec les clients pour identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions d’amélioration continue.

Le candidat idéal possède une vaste expérience en optimisation des réseaux RF et en gestion de l'amélioration des performances sur plusieurs technologies, notamment 2G, 3G, LTE, VoLTE, NR (NSA & SA) et VoNR. Ce poste exige de solides compétences en leadership, une forte capacité d’interaction avec les clients et une expertise dans les réseaux d'accès radio Ericsson.

Ce que vous ferez : Diriger l'optimisation et l'amélioration des performances des services gérés du réseau radio de bout en bout.Réaliser des analyses approfondies des performances réseau, identifier les cellules les moins performantes, effectuer des analyses de causes profondes et proposer des solutions en utilisant les outils Ericsson et du client.Agir en tant que point de contact principal avec le client pour toutes les actions d'amélioration du réseau, les appels de gouvernance et les solutions de sites de swap.Garantir une livraison First-Time-Right (FTR), une exécution ponctuelle de l'amélioration des performances et une optimisation des KPIs.Analyser et résoudre les problèmes liés au réseau, y compris les plaintes clients, le support lors d’événements spéciaux et l’acceptation des nœuds RF.Gérer les projets de transformation du réseau, notamment l’automatisation, la digitalisation et la simplification des flux de travail pour améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle.Collaborer avec les équipes transverses, y compris MSCLT, NOC, FSO, Market Leads et les ingénieurs clients (Rogers), afin d'assurer une prestation fluide des services.Travailler dans un environnement sous haute pression tout en dirigeant une équipe de 20 à 25 ingénieurs spécialisés en optimisation et amélioration des performances réseau.Assurer un support aux opérations 24/7, y compris les heures supplémentaires et le travail le week-end si nécessaire.Les compétences que vous apporterez : Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en Télécommunications, Génie Électrique ou dans un domaine connexe.Excellente compréhension de l'architecture réseau de bout en bout (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) et des réseaux d'accès radio Ericsson (RAN).Expérience pratique en optimisation réseau, gestion des performances RF et résolution de problèmes.Expertise en analyse des événements Layer 3 basée sur CTR et en amélioration des KPIs réseau.Expérience en automatisation, optimisation basée sur RPA et utilisation d’outils d’analyse de données (expertise Power BI appréciée).Solides compétences en leadership pour gérer des équipes et coordonner avec les parties prenantes.Excellentes compétences en communication, relations interpersonnelles et gestion de la clientèle.Capacité à animer des réunions de gouvernance client et garantir l’atteinte des jalons de livraison.Approche proactive dans la résolution des problèmes réseau et l’amélioration continue.Capacité à travailler sous pression, à s’adapter à des modèles de travail dynamiques et à optimiser l’efficacité opérationnelle.Forte adhésion aux principes d’éthique, de conformité et aux valeurs de l’entreprise.Join our Team

The Network Engineer – Optimization is responsible for ensuring optimal performance and quality of the radio network according to Ericsson Managed Services delivery requirements and the customer contract. This role involves deep analysis of network performance issues, studying new LTE/NR features for NSA & SA, and collaborating with customers to identify and execute solutions for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in RF network optimization and performance improvement management across multiple technologies, including 2G, 3G, LTE, VoLTE, NR (NSA & SA), and VoNR. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, customer interaction skills, and expertise in Ericsson radio access networks.

What you will do Lead end-to-end radio network managed services optimization & performance improvement delivery.Conduct deep network performance analysis, identify worst-performing cells, conduct root cause analysis, and propose solutions using Ericsson and customer tools.Act as the primary customer-facing contact for all network improvement actions, governance calls, and swap site solutions.Ensure First-Time-Right (FTR) delivery, on-time performance improvement execution, and KPI enhancements.Analyze and troubleshoot network-related issues, including customer complaints, special event support, and RF node acceptance.Manage network transformation projects, including automation, digitization, and workflow simplification to improve operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MSCLT, NOC, FSO, Market Leads, and customer engineers (Rogers) to ensure seamless service delivery.Work in a high-pressure environment while leading a team of 20-25 engineers for network optimization and performance improvement tasks.Support 24x7 shift operations, including extended hours and weekend support as required.

 

The skills you bring Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of end-to-end network architecture (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) and Ericsson Radio Access Networks (RAN).Hands-on experience in network optimization, RF performance management, and troubleshooting.Expertise in CTR-based Layer 3 event analysis and network KPI improvement.Experience in automation, RPA-based optimization, and data analytics tools (Power BI expertise preferred).Strong leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.Ability to lead customer governance meetings and ensure delivery milestones are met.Proactive approach to network issue resolution and continuous improvement.Ability to work under pressure, adapt to dynamic work patterns, and drive efficiency.Strong adherence to ethics, compliance, and company values.

Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericsson’s Group Retirement & Savings Program offers an automatic 2% company contribution into the Pension Plan. Ericsson also offers a 50% match of employee’s contribution into the Registered Retirement Savings Plan, up to 8% of the employee’s contribution (maximum of 4% match). This leads to a total company contribution potential of 6%. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term disability coverage. Your Time

Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 18 days of accrued vacation, 3-5 personal days (depending on role), 10 holidays, 1 volunteer day, and unlimited sick days. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
