Le rôle consistera à fournir l'expertise en Economie de la Santé pour soutenir le développement et la mise en œuvre de stratégie de remboursement + Avec l’Unité Commerciale, le candidat définit, développe et exécute les projets / stratégies de remboursement et de financement pour les thérapies Medtronic, afin d'optimiser l'accès au marché en France et de finaliser le remboursement par le système national de santé + Définir la valeur clinique et économique des thérapies et solutions Medtronic, préparer les arguments nécessaires et démontre cette proposition de valeur aux autorités de santé et aux principales parties prenantes du système de soins de santé, y compris les hôpitaux + Préparer et supporter les négociations de prix avec les autorités en collaboration avec le Responsable Accès au Marché référent **Principales missions** Le/la Spécialiste a la charge de l’opérationnel productif. Il/Elle est responsable des projets qui lui sont confiés en collaboration avec le Responsable Accès au Marché référent. Le/la chef(fe) de projet a la possibilité de travailler sur différents business modèles, aires thérapeutiques et typologies de projets (dossiers de remboursement, négociations, EPI, etc.) pour gagner en expertise métier. + Avant la mise sur le marché du produit, analyser la situation du financement de la thérapie/solution, et définir avec le siège européen/international les données nécessaires pour assurer un financement pertinent par le système français de santé + Concevoir les étapes tactiques nécessaires pour obtenir le financement et exécuter : financement alternatif de l'innovation, analyse ou conception des données cliniques et économiques, consensus médical + Préparer, soumettre et suivre les dossiers de remboursement et les modèles économiques pour les autorités sanitaires, y compris interagir directement avec le chef de projet de la HAS (CNEDiMTS et CEESP) + Préparer et supporter les négociations avec le Comité Economique des Produits de Santé, en collaboration avec le Responsable Accès au Marché référent + Assurer une veille active sur l'environnement + Préparer les outils de valeur économique (modèles d'impact budgétaire, analyse PMSI) pour aider à la démonstration de valeur économique sur le terrain **Required Knowledge and Experience** + Éducation spécifique : Master en Économie de la santé + Formation scientifique initiale (médecin, pharmacien, ingénieur, sciences économiques, etc...) + Une expérience préalable pertinente, si possible dans le secteur du conseil / des dispositifs médicaux / de la pharmacie ou dans une institution publique peut être un atout + Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et de communication (en français et en anglais) + Bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse + Expérience en gestion de projet + Mobilité : 2 à 4 jours par mois **Atouts pour le poste** + Une bonne connaissance de l'exécution des essais cliniques et des études d'observation pourrait être un atout + Compétences avérées en matière de négociation + Sens des affaires Poste à pourvoir en CDI rapidement. **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  **Benefits & Compensation** **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
