Then we are looking for you to support our creative kitchen team starting in the coming winter season 2025/2026.
Key ResponsibilitiesTogether with the entire kitchen team, you will ensure that our guests enjoy a culinary experience of the highest standard. The gastronomic offerings of our restaurants are characterised by light and creative cuisine. We rely on the best products from the mountains and the enthusiasm of our employees.
Your main tasks will include:\nInstructing employees in the main kitchen in consultation with the head chef\nSharing responsibility for the training of apprentices and the further training of subordinate employees\nMonitoring hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP guidelines\nMonitoring the functionality of all appliances and equipment in the main kitchen\nMonitoring all activities of the kitchen brigade in the main kitchen in consultation with the head chef\nOrganising the à la carte, room service, banquet and restaurant Les Saisons business in cooperation with the head chef\nProcessing all orders for the dry goods store\nResponsibility for cost-conscious working\nCreating canteen meal plans\nCreating recipes, monitoring standards and performing quality controls\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseFor this challenging role, you will have:\nCompleted training as a chef\nAt least three years of professional experience in fine dining in all positions\nInitial experience in a similar position with comparable requirements\nProfessional expertise, creativity and a love of cooking\nWritten and spoken German and English skills\nA structured and organised approach to work\nA keen interest in team-oriented work\n
