Sous Chef - Wok - Chinese Kitchen - Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown
**Description:** You will be responsible for overseeing the wok kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation, and consistency in line with Hyatt standards. You will supervise and guide the wok station team, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and contribute to menu development. Prepare and cook using wok techniques, include stir-fry, deep-fry, and saute.
